Hosiden (ホシデン, Switch assembler) forecasts an 108% increase in “amusement” sales for this fiscal year (ending in 2026-03). It reflects Nintendo’s raised hardware forecast, and perhaps also some production reallocation from China to Vietnam.
A new factory will come online at Hosiden Vietnam (Bắc Giang) within this FY. It’s unclear whether it will impact Switch assembly in the short term.
