This one is for the supply chain watchers:
Young Optics (揚明光學) disclosed in a recent investor conference that it will begin supplying “imaging optics” for a “new game console” in H2. Since the ROG Xbox doesn’t have a camera, this is likely referring to Switch 2’s mouse lens or external camera lens.
If this Young Optics client is indeed Nintendo, they are likely a secondary suppler that the latter added to boost production volume, and perhaps to further diversify the supply chain (Young Optics has a factory in Bangladesh).
