ChongDianTou compared the teardowns of Switch 1 charger HAC-002 (img 1 below) and Switch 2 charger NGN-001 (img 2), and concluded:
- HAC-002 mainly uses traditional TO-220 packages, occupying considerable space.
- NGN-001 introduced compact surface-mount packages, allowing higher efficiency and better heat dissipation.
