3rd party Joy-Cons for Switch 2 are now for sell in China (img 1, left). A review video is available here.
Pros: Supporting both Bluetooth and direct connections, Hall effect sticks, functional C button (img 2), and motion control
Cons: No mouse sensor, no NFC, and non-HD rumble

According to the manufacturer, these Joy-Cons supposedly feature 9-axis motion and orientation sensing. I don’t know how to test that though, and the review video linked above didn’t mention it either. However if true, it does check one box of being a “Switch 2” controller, since Switch 1 controllers are capable of 6-axis only.
