MegaChips (メガチップス, partner of Macronix ROM business) predictably had a down year partly due to their incapacity to ship Switch 2 Game Cards: sales decreased 14.7% YoY, and an operating loss of ¥170M.
They forecast a “V-shaped recovery” in FY2027-03 though, suggesting a plan to start shipping NS2 Game Cards.
